  Salt substitute to taste
12ozCan clams with juice
1tsMama Mia Pizza Blend
1 Clove garlic:or more,
  To taste, and chop fine
2tsWhite Worcestershire Sauce

Simmer all ingredients together in pan or wok for 15 minutes. Serve hot with a garnish of fresh parsley or twist of lemon rind. Per Serving: 63 calories; .68 g fat; 176 mg sodium; 20 mg cholesterol
